This is Black Hawk Down’s Rules and Stipulations. If you find that we are being too strict, we are sorry. But rules are here for a reason. Both Conductors have had a lot of experience with role-playing, and we have found out that rules are a must. With out them, the site can fall into pure chaos. So, please follow the rules. Thank you!
Main Points
- No Godmodding
- No PowerPlaying
- No Harassing other members - PM a Conductor or Co-Conductor. We can, and will handle it
- Only your Characters can cuss, and your words must be limited.
- Posts must be at least 2 paragraphs long to meet the requirement.
Usernames
- Cannot change username except once every three months
- Cannot contain numbers and/or symbols
- No curse words allowed
- Bad Ex of Name: Sid!28
- Good Ex: Sid
- Acceptable: Thîsŧlë
- Unacceptable: T/-/i$t!E
Applications
- This should be the second thing that you do once arriving to Black Hawk Down; Create an application
- Please, when creating an application put your whole heart into it. Give us a great feel of your character. Don’t just put “He is happy.” That doesn’t help us very much.
- Applications must be completely filled out before being posted. If we find an incomplete profile, you might just find it deleted when you return.
- You must have your characters profile posted and accepted before making a role playing post.
- When filling out the application, you may run across the role playing sample. Unfortunately, you must do this from scratch. No, you may not use it from another site. You must write a role playing sample, as your bird.
- Character Limit: Six Characters. If you feel the need, and think you can handle more; contact a Conductor.
- In no way shape or form, will we ever allow your birds to wear accessories. The only accessory allowed, is an identification band. And that is because, some of you may wish for a bird to have escaped from it’s captive home life.
Posting
- Before posting in character, you must have an accepted profile
- Posts must be at least 2 paragraphs long to meet the requirement.
• Ten sentences, it’s not that much
- Your characters can cuss, but only to a small degree.
- Those who frequently make "Large" posts, get rewards
- Your character can not be in more than one thread at one time. If you are caught breaking this rule; you will get a warning.

- Do not start up random conversations in an IC thread.
Signature
- Appropriate bird pictures are allowed.
- Context relating to your characters is allowed.
- Miscellaneous information is not allowed.
Mates
- Your characters must be mates for at least a week, before deciding to have offspring
- Birds can not mate outside of there classification. Only hawks can mate hawks, only eagles can mate eagles, etc . . .
- Two of your characters cannot fall in love with each other or have chicklets with one another. Unless it is plot orientated, then you must contact one of the Conductors.
- Before chicks are born, eggs must incubate for five days. But if you want to be realistic, go longer.
Things you can do to get a warning:
- Posting w/out character being accepted
- Cursing majorly out of context
- Disobeying Conductors
- Powerplaying and Godmoding
- OOC chatting in IC boards, strict NONO!
- C-Box rules are continuously broken
- Spamming continues
