Be wary of the great, devilish thunderstorms that are booming up all over Black Hawk Down. The atmosphere seems to have changed from forgiving and loyal to the birds of prey in each clan, to violent and unforgiving to all in its clutches. Lightning strikes, deafening thunder cracks, and the frequent roll wall of pittering rain is enough to drive a creature of the skies, but hold yourselves together.
The climate should clear up within a matter of days, but for now, the weather system that is closing in isn't good for flying by any means. Even if you have to fly from one tree to the next, a gust of rogue wind could sweep you up into a high elevation air current, spirling toward the thunder cloud and, possibly being the highest thing in the air at that time, be struck by a bolt of lightning that no bird could survive. Remember, this is a semi-realistic birds of prey RPG, so no birds surviving stuff like that, or being completely shelted from an unknown protection from the wind and rain. No bird is that strong.
